2NE1 - UGLY

Soooooo, 2NE1 are pretty much one of the hottest k-pop artists around at the moment. And why not? They're fierce, sassy and don't skip around stage trying to act cute (not that i have anything against that, it's just a breath of fresh air to have something different and less 'fake'). They are known for their quirky, one-step-ahead fashion, and they truly sing about real feelings which their audience can relate too.
Well, their single 'UGLY' has been out for a while now, but this song is so amazing i decided to share it anywayyyy!^^

I think every girl can relate to this song at some point in their lives, not matter who they are. But lets face it...none of the 2NE1 girls are ugly.. >_<

IU - The Story Only I Didn't Know

 

IU (Lee Jieun) is a South Korean singer. You can often find her doing acoustic covers of songs, especially english songs! She has a really sweet voice, which matches her young age of 18^^ However, the song 'The Story Only I Didn't Know' is a sad song, and IU showcases her more emotional side. There's not much I can say about this song other than I really like it >_<  Not only does she sing really great, play the guitar really good...she's also really pretty. GRR! hahaha.

Loveholic - Shinkirou (plus lyrics!)

Loveholic (러브홀릭) is a South Korean modern rock group. They formed in 2003, but the female main singer, Jisun, left the group to become a solo artist. The band now continues as a 'project group,' with guest vocalists.
Jisun is one of my favourite Korean female singers. Her voice is so powerful and emotional, yet calm and soothing at the same time. Plus she's just so darn cool^^
Loveholic have so many amazing songs. I will post more, but today i am going to post a song called 'Shinkirou.' It's a bittersweet, sad song. But it's extremely emotional and powerful ^^ It was also the ending theme to the Japanese anime 'Black Blood Brothers.' But it may have been the korean language version. I dunno...i've never watched it >_< I just love this song!!!
